DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIMES

Most of the orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment.

USA, Canada: 14-21 business days

North America: 14-21 business days

Europe: 7-14 business days

Asia: 14-21 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-21 business days

Please note shipping time may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During high season and sale, delivery might take longer. However we will try to make it as fast as possible.

TRACKING THE ORDER
You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. We send this email as soon as the item is shipped. If you are sending a gift, the recipient will not receive this tracking number, only you who purchased it.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Any custom fees & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the rules & regulations of your home country.

LOST DELIVERY
If you haven’t received your order within the stated timelines, please let us know about it. We will send investigation request to the shipping courier. The investigation time can take 4 - 8 weeks. As soon as we receive any information from abroad, we will contact you. When the courier confirms that the item was lost, we will refund a full cost of your order including shipping costs.

WRONG ADDRESS
We only ship to the address provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and up to date shipping information. You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please convo us with the correct address as soon as possible. If the item was shipped to the wrong address, it’s still possible to have your package delivered to another address. Please kindly check your local post services. If the order is returned to us, we will refund a full cost of your order excluding shipping costs.

CUSTOM-ORDERS
We love custom orders! Please feel free to contact us with your needs and we look forward to working with you on your one of a kind design.

OTHER
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we are happy to include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know what you would like us to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note" field during checkout.

PAYMENT
We accept Paypal. You can also pay with credit cards via Paypal
without being a Paypal member.

Note that by paying with Paypal, your infos are safe and your purchases are protected.

 
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item/-s arrived damaged or has/have defects:
1. Please send us a photograph of a damage or a defect taken with a digital camera as an email attachment.
2. We will refund a full cost of your order including shipping costs without asking you to ship it back.
